Mark Zuckerberg (Computer Programmer, Philanthropist) was born on May 14, 1984 in Dobbs Ferry, New York, USA as Mark Elliot Zuckerberg. He is co-founder and CEO of the social-networking website Facebook, as well as one of the world's youngest billionaires.

Mark is the son of Karen (Kempner), a psychiatrist, and Edward Zuckerberg, a dentist

Zuckerberg studied at Phillips Exeter Academy, an exclusive preparatory school in New Hampshire. He won prizes in science (math, astronomy, and physics) and classical studies. On his college application, Zuckerberg claimed that he could read and write French, Hebrew, Latin, and ancient Greek. He was captain of the fencing team. After graduating from Exeter in 2002, Zuckerberg enrolled at Harvard University. He left Harvard after his sophomore year to concentrate on the site, the user base of which has grown to more than 250 million people. The birth of Facebook was recently portrayed in the film The Social Network.

He has been married to Priscilla Chan since May 19, 2012. They have one child. In March 2017, Zuckerberg and Chan announced on Facebook that they are expecting their second child, a daughter.
